Appointments

• Please phone 012 6529655 to book an appointment.
• Appointments are available at both Mediclinic Midstream and Netcare Pretoria East Hospitals.
• We understand that you would not like your child to miss school for medical appointments. While we will try to find a mutually acceptable time, consultations times in the morning may be unavoidable.
• At your first appointment please arrive 15min early to complete all necessary paperwork before your consultation.
• Please bring your ID and medical aid card/information to each appointment.
• If your child has had relevant test such as blood tests, X-rays or scans done before, please bring these to the consultation to avoid any repeat testing.
• A reminder sms message will be sent 24-48 hours before your consultation.
• It is the parent’s responsibility to keep all appointments made. If circumstances do not allow you to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the consultation.
• Arriving late or not arriving at all is unfair on those patients waiting for appointments.
• The practice reserves the right to charge for appointments that are not kept and are not cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment.
• On occasion you may be contacted to change your appointment time, this usually occurs if Dr Stevens has to attend to a surgical emergency. Please understand that emergencies have to take preference over out of hospital consultations and we will make every effort to accommodate you at a time that suits you.
